Marty’s photo of the day #2351: I moved my motion-sensing camera to a spot I’ve never tried before. The land surrounding our house has tons of animal trails through it, but I never know for sure what animals use a particular trail until I view the photos.
This new spot is going to be a good one. In just a week the camera captured a herd of elk, a fox, and a coyote. Unfortunately, none of those photos turned out crisp enough to post. I also photographed a new animal, but it was too blurry to positively identify. For now my best guess is that it’s a tribble. I’m keeping the camera in the same place in case it comes back again.
In the meantime, here’s one of the many deer that stopped to pose for a portrait.
