Before the lights are dimmed for me to go on stage, I have music that plays in a loop that fits the theme of my show. People often comment about how much they enjoy the music. This girl showed up with her parents and started dancing. She was a total ham—and had all the moves. I had an opening act! The funny thing is that after the show, the girl was too shy to ask questions and had to have mom ask for her.
