Marty’s photo of the day #4210: This is the path Deb and I hiked to the Matterhorn in Switzerland. Our goal was to make it one-third of the way up (we didn’t have ropes), but at one-quarter of the way up, ice took over, and the prospect of sliding over the edge reminded me that I really wasn’t fond of heights, and one-quarter really wasn’t all that much less than one-third, so we headed back down.
