This has been an insanely busy week, getting my latest novel, Doctor Refurb, ready for print. In addition to working with my book designer on the cover and interior, I have been doing a final safety proof of the manuscript and all the other elements that go inside the book and on the back cover. I finished that task late yesterday. Consequently, I can finally go through the more than 750 photos I took at Monday’s Halestorm concert. I’ll post more photos over the weekend, but for now, can we just take a moment to admire Lzzy Hale’s boots?
Seeing what Lzzy can do on stage in those boots reminds me of the quote about Ginger Rogers doing everything Fred Astaire did—only backwards and in high heels.
