Camp Desolation

Marty’s photo of the day #3986: When Deb and I canoed across the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, campsites became less and less desirable as we neared the Arctic Ocean. This one was my least favorite. We called it Camp Desolation, because it featured little more than hard, rocky ground and biting wind off the Arctic Ocean. Our tent is the blue one.
