DONALD TRUMP KILLS PUPPIES! Now that Trump has ordered that his name be printed on the COVID-19 stimulus checks, those checks will be delayed to millions of people who need them now. This is the big news of the day. No one is surprised by Trump’s narcissistic move and, of course, his administration will lie and claim the checks won’t be delayed. In the end, Republicans will go along with it. After all, the only time they’re concerned about the poor is when a poor woman wants to have an abortion.
I tried to think of what I could write to appeal to Republicans. If they don’t care that countless children will go hungry because of the delay, what could possibly stir their emotions? Then it occurred to me: everyone loves puppies—even Trumpers. How many puppies are going to die due to the stimulus check delay? It’s horrible to think about, but somewhere in every state in the union, someone is going to drown an entire litter of puppies because he/she can’t afford to feed them. That’s on Trump.
