Puerto Rico Rainforest

Puerto Rico Rainforest

Marty’s photo of the day #4789: Puerto Rico has a population of 3.26 million people. That’s a lot for an island that’s only 110 miles long and 35 miles wide. Even so, once you get away from the cities, it’s still possible to find lush rainforest, with no one around.

Marty’s photo of the day #3649: If Republicans had balls, even one-billionth the size of these, we’d be well on our way to solving the global warming crisis and Donald Trump wouldn’t be starting up his white supremacist rallies again. So just remember: no matter what form the hot air comes in this summer, it’s […]

Rainforest Boardwalk

Rainforest Boardwalk

Marty’s photo of the day #3305: Here’s and artsy photo that first appeared in my second book, Endangered Edens: Exploring the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, Costa Rica, the Everglades, and Puerto Rico. It’s an old, rotten boardwalk in the Costa Rican rainforest.
