Marty’s photo of the day #4614: At the beginning of July and at the end of December, one of my chores is to totally clean and sanitize the two snake vivariums (I spot clean as needed the rest of the time). This is a five-hour process that turns into a workout, as I end up climbing the stairs between the first floor and the main floor about a zillion times, bringing items back and forth from the kitchen sink. The three snakes: Adam, Eve, and Lara Flynn Boa get baths too. That project is now done!
Now it’s on to the other similarly timed project that I hate just as much: getting all the tax documentation entered into Excel spreadsheets for my accountant (a weeklong project, since I do it for personal taxes as well as the two businesses I own).
Today’s photo shows Eve, my 22 year-old rainbow boa, checking out her newly cleaned digs. Adam is doing the same in his snake apartment, but he wasn’t as photogenic today.
