Marty’s photo of the day #4037: When Deb and I travel, we make as many animal friends as we do human friends. That’s especially true with dogs. This is Chaco and Toby, two “beach dogs” that attached themselves to us when we spent a week on the Baja Peninsula in Mexico, back in 2016. Since I’m an early riser, Chaco and Toby would be waiting for me at the door of our yurt at sunrise, and the three of us would go on a hike through the desert before coming back to wake up Deb. Whenever I think about those two dogs, I still miss them.
