Marty’s photo of the day #3290: Animals amaze me. This past weekend, Deb and I rented a Forest Service cabin in the mountains that sat at about 6,500 feet. While lower elevations in Montana saw a comfortable weekend, there were times we were shivering—even while wearing multiple layers of clothes. In fact, a snowstorm hit our location a few days before we arrived. Though the snow had melted, I was still surprised to find this tough spotted frog going about his business—still able to move fast—as if it were forty degrees warmer than it actually was.
