

Marty’s photo of the day #3237: Before digital became popular, serious photographers commonly went through a black and white phase, because it was cool and artsy. The only problem was when you saw something with amazing colors you’d be stuck with black & white film in your camera. I went through my black and white phase roughly twenty years ago. It didn’t last long. This photo is from one of the few times I was actually glad to have b & w film loaded. I was out, driving in the mountains, when this old car came down the road. The owner was kind enough to pull over and let me shoot some photos.
