
Marty’s photo of the day #2944: Last week, while hiking at our secret spot, I found this growing out of a thin layer of soil atop a large rock. Deb thinks it might be some sort of wild onion, and I was unsuccessful finding it in our flower book. So anyway, it’s a pretty wildflower of some sort.
Update: Thanks to a reader, we have an ID. It’s a large-flower triteleia.
