Marty’s photo of the day #1801: After crossing the ocean in our little ship, I was excited to see Antarctica. Unfortunately, we would arrive at about 3:00 in the morning. My internal alarm clock woke me up just in time. And while everyone else slept, I, and the ghost of Ernest Shackleton, walked out to the tip of the bow and shot a series of photos. Here’s the view Ernest and I enjoyed. We were the first on the ship to see Antarctica!
